Whether you're a chef, restaurateur, or cafe owner looking to incorporate my products in your dishes, or perhaps a delicatessen/fishmonger wanting to stock my products on your counter, if you're within a 7 mile range of Whitstable, I can supply my current standard range, made to order, and delivered to you as a fresh-cured loose product, usually as whole sides/fillets. Trade discounts range from 10% to 20%, depending on the size and frequency of your orders.
I also offer a bespoke service, partnering chefs and cooks to develop individual cures and cold smokes, either as a collaboration, or to their specific requirements.
