Regular Products & Specials:

Regularly in stock, but perhaps worth ordering in advance for a special occasion, to avoid disappointment. Specials may include short production runs of other fish, such as cod, hake and rock, as the mood takes me! Order Only 'Fresh-Cured' Products:

These are non-stock products specifically produced to order. My 'Order Only' products are 'fresh-cured' loose products, usually wrapped in greaseproof paper. These products have not been vacuum packed and, therefore, offer a subtly different eating experience. Salmon orders placed by 9pm on Tuesday will generally be available for collection from 11am the following Tuesday. Smoked haddock is often available fresh from the smoker on Friday mornings, from 11am. To place an order, please use the Order Form at the bottom of this page.
