One of Whitstable's hidden gems, The Native Smokehouse is tucked away in an alleyway not far from bustling Harbour Street and just a stone's throw from Whitstable Harbour. The smokehouse shop is now open weekly, Tuesday to Saturday, 11.00am to 4.30pm (with the exception of the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month, when you can find me nearby at Whitstable Foodies Market). The smokehouse shop can only accept payments by card (including smart phones), or online bank transfer. I am still able to accept a mixture of card and cash payments at farmers markets and other similar outside events.

Please note, my product prices directly reflect the market price of my raw materials at the time of production. The prices shown at the point of order cannot, therefore, be guaranteed and may be subject to change at short notice.

Regular Products & Specials:
Usually in stock, but it's always worth ordering in advance to avoid disappointment. Specials may include short production runs of other fish, such as cod, hake and rock, as the mood takes me! Order Only 'Fresh-Cured' Products:
These are non-stock products specifically produced to order. My 'Order Only' products are 'fresh-cured' loose products, usually wrapped in greaseproof paper. These products have not been vacuum packed and, therefore, offer a subtly different eating experience. Salmon orders placed by 9pm on Wednesday will generally be available for collection from 11am the following Wednesday. Fresh-cured smoked haddock is generally only available on the first Saturady of each month. To place an order, please use the Order Form at the bottom of this page.

Delivery Options:
I offer free delivery to all customers living or working in Harbour Street, High Street and Oxford Street, Whitstable, and to other central Whitstable addresses close to these main Streets (at my discretion). Central Whitstable deliveries are usually made on Saturdays between 2pm and 4pm. Free delivery is also available on all orders of £25 and over, delivered within the CT5 postcode area.
